As it turns out, you have a couple of options for tasting our "Carpe Diem"...
- * Purchase directly from us (online or in-person)!
- * Come to the Winery and buy a bottle of it to share with your best friends/family in our picnic area, along with some locally produced goodies.
- * Go to the Kingfisher, or Locals restaurants, and enjoy by-the-glass with their chef's best creations!
Although we are now "Sold Out" of six (6) wines ('09 Siegerrebe, '09 "Ça BEAUTAGE", '09 Ortega, '08 "Chimera", '08 Syrah-Merlot and '08 "Foreplay"), and about to sell out of our '09 Wild Child, '08 G'wurtz, and '08 Cassis ... we still have a number of excellent, award winning, wines for you!

At the beaufort Vineyard & Estate Winery, our goals are simple:
1. Produce high quality, small-lot, handcrafted wines, at a reasonable price.
2. Offer our customers an enjoyable experience when visiting the Vineyard & Winery, and when doing business with us.
3. Not take ourselves, or this business, too seriously -- and have some fun in the process!
At Beaufort, we have applied our 27+ years of winemaking experience to handcraft consistently high quality, award-winning wines at our small, family run estate. Our vineyard and winery practices are people, animal and environment-friendly.
We strive to make each wine with a strong expression of the varietal character of the grape, and with the least amount of winemaker intervention as possible.
When you come for a visit, you can look forward to sampling our handcrafted wines, alongside our “remarkable nose" (14 ft. high Easter Island statue), while enjoying spectacular views of the Beaufort Mountains.
