Returns and Cancellations

At Beaufort Winery, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policies below regarding returns and cancellations.

Return Policy

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or unsatisfactory. To process a return, we ask that customers return the unfinished portion of the original bottle. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept returns of wine damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine ordered in error.

To arrange the return of corked or flawed products, please send an email to greatwines@beaufortwines.ca. Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine, less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it according to our return policy.
