Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons, such as holidays and new releases, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that due to legal restrictions, we are unable to ship wine to certain areas. If you have questions about whether we can ship to your location, please contact us directly at greatwines@beaufortwines.ca.

Returns and Cancellations

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or unsatisfactory. To initiate a return, please email us at greatwines@beaufortwines.ca. Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. For more details, please visit our Returns page.
