Alexandre Guertin Proprietor
Alexandre Guertin, the proprietor of Beaufort Winery, has been instrumental in driving the vision and operations of the winery since acquiring it in 2021 with his family. With a deep commitment to customer service and quality, Alexandre oversees all aspects of the winery, ensuring that Beaufort continues to produce exceptional organic wines.

Stephanie Clarke Winemaker
Stephanie joined Beaufort Winery in 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous role at Unsworth Vineyards. With a Level 4 Diploma in Wines from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust and a focus on production through the UC Davis Extension Certificate in Winemaking, Stephanie is dedicated to crafting fresh, vibrant wines that showcase the best of our vineyard.

Cohen Brown Vineyard Manager
Cohen Brown manages our vineyard with a focus on sustainable and organic practices. His expertise in viticulture and dedication to maintaining the health of our vines is essential to producing high-quality grapes that reflect the unique terroir of Vancouver Island.

Megan Thiel Hospitality & Retail Sales Manager
Megan Thiel is the welcoming face you’ll see in our tasting room. Passionate about wine and customer service, Megan ensures that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience. She came to us as a WSET Level 3 graduate with a 2 year practicum at an Estate Winery in Germany and a season in the Okanagan Valley under her belt. Her extensive knowledge of our wines and dedication to the Vancouver Island wine industry make her an invaluable part of our team.

David Roch Crops & Equipment Technician
David Roch is our Crops & Equipment Technician, responsible for maintaining and operating the equipment that keeps our vineyard in top condition. His expertise in crop management and machinery ensures that our vineyard operations run smoothly and efficiently.
