Please read the following BEFORE booking your tasting:

• Tastings are offered Thurs-Sun between noon and 5pm, from May 6th through September 12th 2021. You can view time slot availability by selecting a specific date within the booking portal. You will need to add your name, email address and phone number (no dashes or spaces, numbers only). Credit card details are NOT required.
• While using the booking portal, give each page a couple of seconds to load as you complete your booking. Once your appointment has been successfully booked, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam/promo folders as the confirmation email can often end up in there.
• In order to comply with the current provincial health order, we cannot host parties with more than 6 people (to include non-drinkers like minors and designated drivers). We do not need to know the number of people in your party in advance, just note that it cannot be more than 6. MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHEN NOT SEATED IN THE TASTING AREA.
• We host tastings outside: while the tasting area is covered, please wrap up warm on cooler days!
• Tastings are $10 per person, but that fee is waived if the individual tasting purchases a bottle of wine. Tastings are free for Wine Club members.
• Tastings last 30-45minutes. Please arrive on time as late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
• You are welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy on the lawn after your tasting. Please note that our store and the picnic area both close at 5pm; if you would like to enjoy a picnic after your tasting, we recommend booking an earlier tasting appointment. Our picnic area is entirely outside; we do not have covered areas in the event of rain or hot sun. Feel free to bring your own picnic blanket/camping chair as we may not have enough garden furniture, especially during busy times. We can sell wine by the bottle and provide glasses and an ice bucket (if necessary). We do not serve or sell food/picnic items at Beaufort.
• If you book a tasting but cannot make it for any reason, please cancel your booking using the ‘cancel’ button in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can let us know by calling 250-338-1357  or emailing katie@beaufortwines.ca. This allows us to make your slot available to another party. We can’t always get to the phone during busy periods, so please leave us a voicemail if we don’t pick up.
