This limited release, special reserve Ortega was fermented in French oak barrels, and aged sur-lie for the winter months. It delivers classic Ortega aromas of tropical and stone fruit with rich, round mid-palate texture, and a dry, citrusy finish. Fermented in French oak. A winner with pasta dishes, especially butternut squash ravioli.
