Directions to the Beaufort Vineyard & Winery

Coming From the South: We are located 8 km north of Courtenay and just a bit south of Tsolum School. Head north from Courtenay on Highway 19A towards Campbell River. Approximately 1 km north of Hardy Road, turn right on Graham Road – watch for the "beaufort" + "Winery" signs on the highway indicating the turn. Graham Road becomes Pickering Road and you will see the wine barrels on the left hand side toward the end of the road.

Coming From the North: We are located 8 km north of Courtenay and just a bit south of Tsolum School. Head south towards Courtenay on Highway 19A.- a short distance south of Merville, and approximately 1 km south of Coleman Road, turn left on Graham Road – watch for the "beaufort" + "Winery" signs on the highway indicating the turn. Graham Road becomes Pickering Road and you will see the wine barrels on the left hand side toward the end of the road.

Coming From the Comox Airport: We are located 8 km north of Courtenay. Turn right out of the airport and head towards the towns of Comox and Courtenay. Make the first turn to the right on Military Row, then left at the stop sign onto Ryan Road. Travel approximately 3.3 km km until you see Home Depot and turn right onto Lerwick Road. Follow Lerwick Road around until you intersect with Highway 19A (Art Knapps Garden Centre on the right). Turn right onto Highway 19A and head approximately 4.5 km north. Turn right on Graham Road (just north of Hardy Road) – watch for the "beaufort" + "Winery" signs on the highway indicating the turn. Graham Road becomes Pickering Road and you will see the wine barrels on the left hand side toward the end of the road.

OPENING DATES & HOURS

Our opening dates & hours are limited because we are a small, mostly 2-person, operation and therefore have to coordinate our Tasting Room hours around our vineyard and winemaking activities -- which keep us busy full-time.

The benefit to you is that when we are open, you get to meet us, the owners, winemakers, & vineyard managers -- and can answer any questions you might have about our wines and operation.  

Outside of our business hours, you can still order our wines by the case (12 bottles/case; mixed cases are ok), and an assortment of great gift items, via our online order system by clicking here, or by appointment -- simply call 250-338-1357.

Planned Opening Dates & Hours for 2012...

Here are a couple of key dates regarding online sales, and opening dates & hours of our Tasting Room & Wine Shop:

-> Fri. & Sat. May 25-26, 2012; Noon to 5:00 PM:  OPENING WEEKEND! Beaufort's Tasting Room & Wineshop will be open for the Summer Season! Summer Season: Open Fridays & Saturdays, Noon to 5:00 PM from Fri. May 25 through Sat. August 18, 2012. Closed weekend of July 6-8, 2012 (for Vancouver Island MusicFest).

Planned Fall/Winter Openings:

-> Sat. October 6, 2012; 11:00 am to 4:00 PM.

-> Sat. December 1, 2012; 11:00 am to 4:00 PM.

-> Sat. December 8, 2012; 11:00 am to 4:00 PM.
