We are pleased to announce the winners of our August 2011 prize draws for a pair of Beaufort laser-etched wine classes and a bottle of Beaufort wine, as follows:

Charitable, Fundraising, and Other Event Organizers...

As you can imagine, the Beaufort Winery receives dozens of requests each year for donations in support of various local charities, fundraisers, co-marketing events, and business functions, and are offered countless opportunities to ‘showcase’ our wines at various events. Over the years, we have been very pleased to support and contribute to the fundraising efforts of numerous local organizations however, given our small size and limited production, it is impossible for us to respond to, and fulfill, all requests.

At the beginning of each year, we establish a budget for supporting specific local organizations and events, and allocate this based on a number of criteria. For certain other local organizations and events, we have been pleased to offer a preferred discount to assist them in their fundraising efforts.

If you represent a local organization that is requesting a donation or other form of support, please submit a request in writing, as early as possible in a given year, with the following information:

-> Name of the organization/group and contact information.
-> Goals/philosophy of the organization/group.
-> Event name.
-> Date, time, location of the event.
-> Specific purpose of the event.
-> Specific request from Beaufort.
-> Estimated number of attendees at the event.
-> How/where the event is marketed.
-> Event website or social media link.
-> How Beaufort would be represented/co-marketed at this event.
