We are pleased to announce the winners of our August 2011 prize draws for a pair of Beaufort laser-etched wine classes and a bottle of Beaufort wine, as follows:

Charities, Fundraisers, and Co-Marketing Event Organizers...

Each year, the Beaufort Winery receives hundreds of requests for donations and support for various charities, fundraisers and co-marketing events, and has been pleased to support and contribute to the fundraising efforts of many local organizations.

At the beginning of each year, we establish a budget for supporting various organizations, and allocate this based on a number of criteria.

Given our small size, it is impossible for us to respond to and fulfill all requests.

Generally, we do not donate our wines outright, but have made a few exceptions for auction items for specific charitable events. For other charities, fundraisers and co-marketing events, we have been pleased to offer a preferred discount to assist them in their fundraising efforts.

If you represent a local charitable organization, fundraiser, or are organizing a co-marketing event, and are looking for support, please submit a request, in writing, as early as possible in a given year, and containing the following information:

  • - Name and contact information, website, of the organization/group
  • - Goals/philosophy of the organization/group
  • - Event name
  • - Event website
  • - Specific purpose of the event
  • - Date, time, location of the event
  • - Estimated number of attendees at the event
  • - How would Beaufort be represented/co-marketed at this event?
  • - Your specific request
